SAYLIO provides an AI-powered service that helps users understand work messages, identify tasks and deadlines, prioritize requests, and draft professional replies.
We use submitted content to provide AI analysis, task extraction, deadline and priority identification, reply generation, history, account access, usage limits, billing, security, and service improvement.
SAYLIO uses third-party service providers to operate the service, including Supabase for authentication and database services, OpenAI for AI processing, Stripe for payments and subscriptions, and Render for hosting.
Do not submit confidential, regulated, or highly sensitive information unless you are authorized to do so. You may request assistance with account or data questions through the contact method associated with your SAYLIO account.
We may update this policy as the service changes. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date.

By creating an account or using SAYLIO, you agree to these Terms.
SAYLIO provides AI-assisted interpretation of work messages and generation of task summaries and draft replies. AI output is provided for assistance and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on it or sending it to another person.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity performed through your account.
You may not use SAYLIO for unlawful activity, abuse, unauthorized access, or to submit information you do not have the right to process.
PRO is a monthly subscription priced at US$9.99 unless the applicable checkout page states otherwise. A subscription continues until cancelled. You authorize recurring charges through Stripe for the applicable subscription.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features as needed to operate and improve the service.
SAYLIO does not guarantee that AI-generated analysis, deadlines, priorities, or replies are complete or error-free. Review important outputs before acting on them.

You may request cancellation of your PRO subscription before the next billing date. Cancellation stops future recurring charges; access may continue through the period already paid for, subject to the applicable subscription terms.
Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once charged, except where a refund is required by applicable law or approved by SAYLIO in an individual case.
If you believe you were charged in error or have a billing problem, contact SAYLIO using the email address associated with your account and include the billing email and relevant charge date. Do not send your full card number.
